FM-6制谱仪被用于分析式铁谱技术的第一步,为了更有效地制作谱片,设计成拥有两个独立通道,允许同时准备和处理两个油样。 Fm-6 spectrograph is used as the first step of analytical ferrography. In order to make the spectrograph more effectively, it is designed to have two independent channels, allowing to prepare and process two oil samples at the same time. 每一个通道包含一个支架,把谱片精确微倾斜地固定在磁铁之上,允许微粒从最大到最小沉积在铁谱片上。这种沉积模式提供了对大和小微粒的良好分辨率,便于诊断潜在磨损问题。铁谱片的准备有全自动、半自动和手动操作选项。在全自动模式下,油样以一个精细控制的速率沉积到铁谱片上,当样本沉积周期结束时,自动启动清洗程序,并且有信号指示铁谱片制作完成。半自动和手动的模式可以提供更灵活,和进一步的操作者控制,以便处理特殊的油样,例如水基润滑剂。 Each channel consists of a bracket, which holds the spectrogram on the magnet precisely and slightly, and allows particles to deposit on the Ferrograph from the maximum to the minimum. This deposition mode provides a good resolution for large and small particles, and is easy to diagnose potential wear problems. The preparation of ferrographs has full-automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation options. In the fully automatic mode, the oil sample is deposited on the Ferrograph at a finely controlled rate. When the sample deposition cycle is over, the cleaning procedure is started automatically, and the signal indicates that the Ferrograph is finished. The semi-automatic and manual modes can provide more flexibility and further operator control to handle special oil samples, such as water-based lubricants. |
