从此类磨粒的形成原因,可以判断该空压机存在粘着磨损

研究人员在抽取某船2号中压空压机的润滑油,进行油液监测。经分析铁谱分析。发现了铝质磨粒,有较多片状磨粒和少量滑动磨粒。通过以上油液分析结果,可以看出,2号中压空压机铝元素含量较高,磨损加剧,建议换油和进一步检查气缸内部情况,并继续跟踪监测。图l为铁谱图片,其中谱位为谱片的入口端,照明为透射光、反射光,放大倍数为100倍,磨粒特征为入口端全貌,且有较多铝磨粒。
Researchers are extracting the lubricating oil of No. 2 medium-pressure air compressor of a ship for oil monitoring. Ferrographic analysis was carried out. Aluminum abrasives were found, with more flake abrasives and a small amount of sliding abrasives. According to the above oil analysis results, it can be seen that the Al content of No. 2 medium pressure air compressor is high and the wear is aggravated. It is suggested to change oil and further check the internal condition of the cylinder, and continue to track and monitor. Fig. L is a ferrographic image, in which the spectral position is the entrance of the spectrum, the illumination is the transmission and reflection light, the magnification is 100 times, the abrasive characteristics are the entrance panorama, and there are more aluminium abrasive particles.
谱片中磨粒多数小于10μm,个别磨粒尺寸大于10μm,呈碎片状条状,表面粗糙有划痕。从此类磨粒的形成原因,可以判断该空压机存在粘着磨损。
Most of the abrasive particles in the spectrum are less than 10 micron, and some of them are larger than 10 micron in size. They are fragmentary strips with rough and scratched surfaces. From the cause of formation of this kind of abrasive particles, it can be judged that the air compressor has adhesive wear.
