分析式铁谱仪工作原理

分析式铁谱仪将从润滑系统中取得的分析油样经稀释处理后取样到玻璃管中,经微量泵将分析油样输送到安放在磁场装置上方的玻璃基片的上端,玻璃基片的安装与水平面成一定的倾斜角,以便沿油流方向形成一逐步增强的高强度磁场,同时又便于油液沿倾斜的基片向下流动,从玻璃基片下端经导流管排入废油杯中。分析油样中的可磁化金属磨粒在流经高梯度强磁场时,在高梯度磁力、液体粘性阻力和重力联合作用下,按磨粒尺寸大小有序地沉积在玻璃基片上,并沿垂直于油样流动方向形成链状排列。在分析油样从基片上流过之后,经用溶液洗涤基片,清除残余油液,使磨粒固定在片上便制成了可供观察和检测的铁谱片。
